Cook Chicken: Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the same pan. I cook my chicken in two batches to ensure it gets crispy and caramelized on the outside. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute. Make the sauce: Meanwhile in a small bowl combine soy sauce, water, honey and sesame oil.

- Trim the fat from the chicken. - Cut into medium to thick strips. - Wash thoroughly in a colander. - Shake off the water well.

- Tip in the Sesame Seeds. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir-fry the marinated chicken over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn a few times.
- Add the Garlic Paste. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix the remaining 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder & Honey in a small bowl to make a paste.
- Add it to the Chicken. Stir gently to coat.
- Garnish with Green Onions & Red Chilies.
- Note: The chicken will become tough & lose it’s lusciousness if over-fried.
