- First make the sausages. Add chicken mince, spices, and green chillies to grinder. Finely chop it until it becomes like a paste.
- Take some mince into your palm, add some shredded cheese in the middle, and form a long sausage. Place it onto the cling film and wrap it tightly. Cut off the ends of the film to make separate sausages.
- Place in fridge for an hour until firm.
- Boil pasta with 1 tsp salt. Drain and set aside. Boil water in a separate pan. As it boils, add sausages to it. Turn off heat, and let sausages simmer for 2 mins. Drain and set aside. After cooling, cut off the cling film from the sausages.
- Add oil in a pan, add milk. Add salt and tikka masala, mix and adjust taste. Add pasta and mix well. Add whole sausages or cut into pieces. Serve hot.
