  1. Pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees. In a deep saucepan fry the chorizo, onions and peppers on a medium heat for 5 mins until the onions start to brown and the oils release from the chorizo.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half and slice up the potatoes and add them along with the garlic, oregano, paprika, stock and tomato puree to the saucepans and stir well.
  3. Remove from the heat and transfer the contents to an oven proof dish (if your saucepan can't be put directly into the oven) bake in the oven for 20 mins until the chicken is cooked through.
