- In a pan heat oil, add chicken mince, salt, red chilli flakes and cook until mince dries for 4 to 5 minutes.Now in a bowl mix eggs, mince, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, green coriander, green chilies and black pepper.
- Then in a pan pour egg mixture on low flame, let it cook a bit. Top it with paratha, flip and cook it.Sprinkle cheese on top, when it melts take paratha out from pan.Top it with tomatoes, onion, coriander, drizzle sauce and roll it.
