- In the chicken mixture add tamarind pulp and Garam masala,cook the chicken till done,in vessel put oil at the base and spread a layer of rice over it put the chicken mixture cover with remaining rice,cover and cook till stream comes out.
- Garnish with fried onions,serve hot with raita.
