- Take 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- Make ready [Thickener] - mix well
- Take 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- Make ready 2 Tbsp Water
Place the chicken, garlic, ginger, onion and coriander in a food processor with the chilli and season to taste. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat and fry the chicken cakes until golden. For the lime sweet chilli dipping sauce mix ingredients together in a bowl.
