- Add finely chopped onion and sautay till soft than add ginger garlic paste and mix little bit
- Add chicken mince and mix quickly till colour changes to white
- Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper and cumin powder and mix well. Add fresh coriander and chopped green chillies. Cook till mince and spices cook nicely and oil seperated. Keep a side to cool down
- Now take a bowl and whisk all the eggs than add chicken mince into it and mix well
