- Then take out half rice in other plate to make the upper layer of rice.
- Put meat mixture on rice, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boiled rice, put sugar, add kewra water, jayfal jawatri elechi powder mixed. 2 tbsp. oil, boil aloo,add food colour, podina then cover it.
- Put on dum for 15 mins at low flame
- Now Chicken Biryani is ready.serve with salad.
