  16. Get 2 tsp Spring onion white
  17. Make ready 2 tbsp Spring onion green
  18. Prepare oil 2 cups for frying
  19. Take 2 tbsp Vinegar

  1. Marinate chicken breast or thighs with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, vinegar, egg, cornstarch, cornflour and oil. Mix all ingredients well and set aside for about an hour.
  2. Take 1 cup of water in a bowl, add 1 tsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce., 2 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tsp tomato ketchup. Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch and mix it well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces. Don't turn immediately. Let the coating cool well on one side then flip the chicken. And cook from all sides.
  4. Heat oil in a wok and let the smoke comes out of it and add spring onions white. Add chopped ginger and garlic saute for a minute.
  5. Add onions, bell peppers and toss for a while.
  6. After 2-3 minutes add prepared sauce and let it boil. - - When it starts rolling boil add salt, sugar and black pepper.
  7. When it is boiling add fried chicken to it and mix for 40 seconds. - - Serve hot after garnishing with spring onion greens and sesame seeds.
