- Get 1 & half kg Sela Rice (soaked 4 hours)

- Take 1 bunch Podina
- Take 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
- Make ready 7-10 Dried plum
- Get 1 cup Oil
- Make ready drop Orange food color few
- Get drop Yellow food color few
- Get 1 tbsp Kewra water
- Take 4 tbsp Fry Onion
- Get 1/2 cup Oil
- Take 1 tsp Sugar
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Jayfal, Jawatri elechi powder
Steps to make Chicken Aloo Biryani:
- Take a pan put oil and make fry onion light golden & take out half fry onion in other plate
- Then add ginger garlic paste,zeera, haldi powder and cook 2-3 minutes then add chicken cook it altleast 10-12 mins.
- Then add driend plum, curd, chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, salt, red chili flasks, coriander powder, garam masala, green chili, mint, coriander leaves then cover and cook till meat tender and cook very well (Don’t add water).
- Wash up the rice for 2-4 hours then boiled rice with salt and whole spices cook as long as rice is not completely done. Then remove the water of rice.
- Then take out half rice in other plate to make the upper layer of rice.
- Put meat mixture on rice, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boiled rice, put boiled potatoes, sugar, add kewra water, jayfal jawatri elechi powder mixed. 2 tbsp. oil, add food color, podina then cover it.
- Put on dum for 15 mins at low flame - Now Chicken aloo Biryani is ready.
