  13. Take 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
  14. Take 1/2 teaspoon powdered turmeric

  16. Take 1/2 teaspoon fennel powder
  17. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri mirch
  18. Prepare 1 teaspoon meat masala
  19. Get 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  20. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon ginger and garlic powder
  21. Take 1/4 teaspoon ciannmon powder
  22. Make ready 1/2 cup cream (or use homemade malai)
Steps to make Chicken Gilafi Kabab Gravy:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves and black pepper corn and cloves and saute for 1 min. Add Cumin seeds and cook for till change the colour.
  2. Add Turmeric powder, cooriander powder, red chilli powder, fennel powder, kashmiri mirch, meat masala, ginger garlic powder and cinnamon powder mix it well.
  3. Add Chopped onion and fry till they turn golden brown nice colour
  4. When onion cooked add tomato paste and cook for 10 mins.
  5. Make a paste of Tomato, green chilli, ginger and garlic
  6. Now add cream, mix it well and cook for another 5 mins.
  7. Now add Salt and add some water and cook for another 5 mins also
  8. Roast the chikcen gilafi kabab and cut in piecces.
  9. Now add the kabab pieces, mix well and cook for 5-7 mins.
  10. Now sprinkle the kasuri methi and served hot.
