  13. Take 3 tbsp of chili powder
  14. Get 1 tbsp of chipolte chili powder
  15. Take 1 tbsp fo ground cumin
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
  17. Prepare 2 tsp of dried oregano
  18. Make ready 1 salt and pepper to taste

Steps to make My Chili:
  1. In large heavy pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until lightly crisp. While bacon is cooking, roast peppers in broiler until blackened. Remove and allow to cool.
