- Then add salt and then mix and left for 5 to 10 min then sprinkle flour in the tray and then make kababs of the batter and put them on tray then freeze it for 10 to 15 min
- Then add oil in apna and then add kabab in it then put slice of tomatoes and then capsicum fry it from both sides and serve with roti or with parhata and enjoy….
