  3. Get 2 can Enchilada Sauce
  4. Take 1 packages Shredded cheddar
  5. Prepare 1 can Black olives - sliced
Instructions to make Chicken Tinga Enchiladas:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Fill tortilla shells with Leftover Tinga. You can use any size tortillas, I use large burrito size. Pour some Enchilada Sauce on bottom of pan. Roll up filling inside tortilla and place in pan.
  3. Pour Enchilada Sauce over top of rolled enchiladas. Cover with cheese. Add sliced black olives. Drizzle more enchilada Sauce over cheese and olives.
  4. Place in oven for 30 mins. Enjoy!
