- In a bowl take all-purpose flour, add salt and oil. Add water gradually and make a dough. Cover with muslin cloth and keep it aside.
- In another bowl take chicken mince and add spring onions, garlic, soya sauce, coriander leaves, green chilli and salt. Mix everything well and keep it for 10-15 mins.
- With the dough made in step 1, make small balls and roll them flat to the medium circle about 4-5 inch.
- Take 1 spoon of filling made in step 2 and put it in the centre of the rolled dough. Wrap it with which ever shape you desire. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and mixture. Place them on a steaming tray without touching each other.
- Boil 2-3 glasses of water in a steamer. Once the water is boiled. Put the tray with momos on it. Cover and let it steam for 10-12 mins on a high flame.
- Put the flame off. Serve hot momos with spicy red chutney.
