  1. Wash and soak both the daals.
  2. Boil water and add salt, haldi, red chillies powder, ginger and garlic paste.
  3. Add daal and green chilli. Cook till tender.
  4. Give tarka of garlic and zeera.
  5. For chicken roSt. Marinate chicken with yogur, red chilli powder, chat masalah, soya sauce, lemon juice and yogurt.
  6. Add little oil in chicken and cook till tender.
  7. For rice. Soak rice for atleast 30 minutes. Boil water and cook rice. 4 cups water in two cups rice.
  8. Add salt and ghee and cook till tender.
  9. Assemble your tray beautifully to impress your guest. Serve with salad and achar.
