- Wash and soak both the daals.
- Boil water and add salt, haldi, red chillies powder, ginger and garlic paste.
- Add daal and green chilli. Cook till tender.
- Give tarka of garlic and zeera.
- For chicken roSt. Marinate chicken with yogur, red chilli powder, chat masalah, soya sauce, lemon juice and yogurt.
- Add little oil in chicken and cook till tender.
- For rice. Soak rice for atleast 30 minutes. Boil water and cook rice. 4 cups water in two cups rice.
- Add salt and ghee and cook till tender.
- Assemble your tray beautifully to impress your guest. Serve with salad and achar.
