- Take 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Prepare Water as required
Steps to make Green Chutni Kabab (Cutlets):
- Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, add chilli powder, salt, chicken powder and cumin seeds.
- Mix them well and make 12 equal size balls. Set aside them.
- Lets make Chutni for filling. In a mixer or chopper add coriander and mint leaves, salt, clove of garlic and green chillies then chopperized it to make a paste.
- Now take a ball of potatoes mixture and flatten it on your palm, add ½ tbls of Chutni in bottom then cover with another Potatoes flatten ball.
- 3rd step to make coating. In Gram flour add red crushed Chillies, salt, Cumin seeds and Baking soda.
- By adding little water make a slightly thin paste (paste should not to thick not to thin). Just running batter.
- Dip Chutni filled cutlets into the coating and deep fry it on medium flame.
- Golden from both sides and crisp as well as. Serve with, ketchup or yogurt sauce. Tasty Chutni kababs ready to serve.
