  5. Now take a alluminium or steel bowl. Grease it well with ghee or cooking oil as per your choice.
  6. Now transfer the batter into that bowl to cover 75% of space of bowl. Don't fill it completely.
  7. Now put a stand into that preheat kadhai or cooker and then put that bowl of batter into the kadhai and cover with a plate or cap of that kadhai and rest for 20-25 mins in low medium flame.
  8. Then prepare a tadka for dhokla.
  9. Take a frypan, add two teaspoon of cooking oil,then add mustard seeds into it, then add curry leaves, then add one teaspoon of sugar, then add 1cup of water. Fry it for 2mins at low flame.
  10. After 25mins check that base of dhokla is ready or not. If ready then transfer into a plate. When it becomes a little cool. Cut into pieces as much as you want. Then transfer the prepared tadka on the dhokla base and cover this dhokla and rest it for 15mins.
  11. After 15 mins, garnish the dhokla with fresh coriander leaves and taste it. It's really mouth-watering.
