- Add washed and cleaned chicken. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Cover with a lid and let it cook for around 20-30 mins or until it is almost cooked.
- Remove the lid. Add little water. Mix and cook until all the water is evaporated and oil is released. This will cook the chicken completely.
- Serve hot with fulkas, onion and lemon.
It can be made on any busy day and can be served with rice or roti varieties. Since it doesn't require any chopping or grinding, this can be made by bachelors without any special appliance.
