Jab chicken or aalu thoda sa soft ho jaye to usme sare masale or salt ko add karein with ginger galic paste….ab sare masalo ko ek sath mix krte hue pakaye - Jab chicken,aalu or sare masale aapas me mil jaye or masalo me se tel chod de tb usme thoda sa pani add karein….fir usme chicken curry masala add karein…thodi der pakane ke baad ek bar check kar le ke apka chicken gali hai ya nahi.
  6. Jab apka chicken achi tarah pak jaye to usme garam masala add kar ke flame of kar de….or cucumber se garnising karein…ap ise coriader leaves or se bhi garnis kar sakte hai - Ise simple chawal,fried rice,pulao, roti, rumali roti,nan kisi ke sath bhi kha sakte hai…. thanku
