  2. In the same oil,add chicken with pinch of salt fry till colour change & take out as well.
  3. Add lal mirch,haldi,dhania powder,roasted zeera, tomato,& fried onion. Blend all to smooth paste.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste in oil.fry till aroma comes.add this blended masala to oil.fry nicely till oil seprates from masala.add fried chicken to this masala & fried well.
  5. Add 2 cups water in masala,let chicken cooked at medium flame. Adjust consistancy of curry to your taste.
  6. When chicken curry masala is all done..add brown onion + garam masala powder in it with 1-2 hari mirch (optional) and keep at dum for 5 min.
