Heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp  butter in a nonstick pan,  as it's hot add 1 black cardamom, 1 pc cinnamon stick, 2 bay leaves and 1/2 tsp  jeera, as splutters  add 5 finely chopped onions and add some salt to it to gets onion fried soon. Saute onions for 2 to 3 minutes & add 2 tspns ginger garlic paste and saute till the ginger garlic paste gets fried in it.
  4. Add 3 Chopped green chillies,  1/2 tsp  haldi powder,  1 & 1/2 tsp  Kashmir red chilli powder,  1& 1/2 tsp  dhaniya powder,  1/2 tsp  Kitchen king powder, 1/2 tsp  garam masala powder,   - - 1/4 tsp  kasuri methi powder  mix and fry for a minute, add 4 finely chopped tomatoes fry again and add 2 dahi (curd), now fry the Masala until the oil saperates. It takes 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Now add  Green peas  and salt as per taste and little water. - - Cover and cook for 5 minutes.  Now add fried paneer cubes and mix it. Then add Palak puree And some water and stir and cook for approx 3 minutes, now add salt as per PALAK puree quantity, as we had add salt before. Mix it for a minute.
  6. Your PALAK PANEER MUTTER is ready.  - - Garnish it with some fresh cream and coriander leaves..
