  4. For Manchurian–put ginger garlic paste into oil
  5. Add chicken and mix for 5 min until it changes the colour
  6. Cover with lid and slow the heat for 15-20 min. Remove the lid and cook until it gets golden and absorbs oil
  7. Add ketchup into it and mix
  8. Add salt and pepper into it and mix for a while
  9. Add vegetables, green chillies and water. Mix for 5 min
  10. Cover it and cook on low flame for 2-3 min and serve with egg fried rice
