  13. Get 20 g Garlic (finely chopped)
  14. Make ready 20 g Ginger (finely chopped)
  15. Make ready 30 g Red Chilli (julienned)
  16. Get 30 g Carrots (julienned)
  17. Make ready 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
  18. Get Garnish;
  19. Prepare 20 g Spring Onions (cut lengthways)

To make this sauce, you do nothing more than mince ginger and combine it with chopped scallions, oil, and plenty of salt. The process is a tiny bit faster and easier if you That's why I've stuck with steamed chicken breasts in the basic recipe; only steamed white fish would showcase the sauce more.
