- Take 1 tbsp chopped coriander

- Take 1 tbsp lemon juice

Steps to make Aromatic Dahi Chicken:
- Marinate chicken with little salt,turmeric and lemon juice for an hour.Make a paste of 1 small onion,curd and mix ginger garlic paste.Heat oil and sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala.When they crackle,fry the chopped onion till transparent and add the ground paste.Toss and add the chicken and fry till raw smell is gone.Add kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin and coriander powder,black pepper powder,salt and sugar to taste.Cook on low flame.By then the yogurt and chicken will leave water.
- If needed add some warm water.Add fresh cream, green chilli paste,garam masala and crushed kasoori methi.Garnish with fresh cream,chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle fresh cream.Serve with pulao or any Indian flat bread.
