  19. Prepare 1 tsp Tikka masala
  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp Tandoori masala
  21. Take As required Cabbage finely shredded for garnish
  22. Make ready As required Bamboo skewers
Steps to make Malai Tikkas:
  1. Clean and cut the chicken into small chunks
  2. Marinate the chicken in the 1st marinate and set aside for 2 hrs.
  3. Grind everything to a smooth paste all the ingredients mentioned in marinade 2 except the oil
  4. Marinate the chicken with the 2nd marinate paste along with the oil.Rub the marinade with hands so that it's coated well.
  5. Set aside overnight.
  6. Soak the bamboo skewers in water
  7. Thread the chicken pics on the skewers
  8. Grill the chicken to well done. you can either charcoal grill or oven grill.Make sure to turn then and cook on all the sides
  9. Make a dressing of hung curd, tomato sauce, tikka and tandoori masala and drizzle over the tikka.
  10. Place the tikka over the bed of shredded cabbage, sprinkle some coriander leaves and squeeze some lemon juice and serve with sliced onions
