- In a pan heat up oil and shallow fry the kababs and keep aside
- In the same pan add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute then add fried onions tomatoes and fry them for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add salt haldi red chilli cumin coriander powder chilli flakes and then add yoghurt give a stir and cover it for 3 to 5 minutes on a low flame and make a smooth gravy.
- Now add fried kababs into gravy and add 1 cup of water, give a stir carefully and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
