- Chop chicken into small cubes,squeeze lemon juice add the yoghurt and the sweet paprika.Mix and marinate in fridge for 2 or 3 hours.
- Make the Tikka Masala paste next if using seeds toast them then put into pestle and mortar and grind till fine add all other paste ingredients.Grind and mix paste.
- In large heavy frypan add butter oil onions, chilli,ginger,corriander cook till soft.Add tikka masala paste and chicken.Add salt and pepper.
- Add milk and tomatoes.Fill the milk can with water and add that to pan.Stir,boil then simmer for about 20 mins with lid on.Check it dosent boil dry.
- To serve .Cook rice add lemon juice,zest and lemon black pepper.Cook peas add chopped garlic or garlic powder and butter.Cook and mash potatoes add mustard which ever type you like.
