- Throw potatoes and carrots into boiling water for 7 minutes.
- During this time add EVOO, half stick of butter and 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder to sauté pan on medium high.
- Add potatoes and carrots to sauté pan for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add potatoes and carrots on top of chicken for last 20-30 minutes.
- Take out and enjoy.
Cut my onion in large chunks and used chicken broth.that's all I had. I didn't have vegetable broth so I used chicken broth and threw in some celery.
